Athletic Performance
My mission is to work with my athletes to help them realize their full potential for their desired sport. This is achieved through a balanced program that takes into account each individuals unique lifestyle, and needs.
Rehabilitation
The goal is to mitigate your current issues and continue the strengthening process to reduce the potential of re-injury. I work with your Physical Therapist to continue your current protocol to aid in healing. We will strengthen affected areas and work on reestablishing as much pain free, range of motion as possible.
